Itinerary
DAY 1 CITY TOUR
Upon arrival in the capital of Cusco, you will be greeted by our local rep and transferred to your hotel, where you will receive a brief information session so be given the morning to acclimatize. In the afternoon, we will introduce you to the ancient city of Cusco.
The history of Cusco is still alive in its streets, squares, valleys and villages, during the tour, we visite the Convent of Santo Domingo built on the Koricancha, as well as the ancient Inca Temple, the main center of worship of the Sun God. After that our discoveries continue in the unique and fascinating archaeological site of Sacsayhuaman and its Inca military architecture that dominates the city. Finally, we explore Qenqo, Pucapucara and Tambomachay Inkan Sites. Then we headed back to your hotel in Cusco in the afternoon.
DAY 2 SACRED VALLEY,PISAQ, MARAS SALT MINES,OLLANTAYTAMBO.
First at all we pick you up at your hotel at 7:00 a.m., then we drive to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, Our first stop is at Taray look out to enjoy a classic view of the Urubamba Valley with crops that dress the mountains like a carpet. Next we continue to the archaeological site of Pisac, where you can see the largest Inca cemetery with more than 2,000 tombs. There we can admire the incredible cultivated terraces carved in the mountain after we visite the site for more than one hour, we returned to the colorful market of Pisac, we spent some time visiting it and then we headed to Urumbamba Village for lunch.
We visite the archaeological site of Moray, also known as “The greenhouse of the Inkas”, an evolutionary bowl of ecological difference. Levels of terraces are carved in a large bowl excavated by the Incas that has varied microclimates according to the depth of the bowl in which they are found, so it was thought that the Incas had used them to discover the optimum growing conditions for their crops.
We go by colonial city of Maras, then we go to Salinas to see thousands of salinas that have been used for salt extraction since before the Inca times. A thermal source in the upper part of the valley discharges a small stream of water laden with salt, which is diverted to the salt flats and evaporated to produce a salt that is used for human and animal consumption. Finally we headed to Ollantaytambo, taking time to explore the ancient and bustling Inca village and the huge Inca Ruins. Here we spent the night at your hotel in Ollantaytambo, ready to start the Inca Trail the next day.

DAY 3 Km 104 WIÑAYWAYNA- SUNGATE- AGUAS CALIENTES.
Next morning, we take you to the nearby train station. Then you will have an hour and 20 minutes of expedition train travel to 104 kms (2,100 m / 6,927 ft) where you will start your hike and you will go through the first checkpoint. after that we started a moderate climb for three hours to the chiseled remains and the remote archaeological site of Wiñaywayna. (2,650 m / 8,747 ft). While we contemplate with an open mind and heart, embrace the spectacular views of the Urubamba Canyon and the ethnic wonder of the ancient Inca sites, so we make our connection with the traditional four-day Inca Trail. After being one with this beautiful view, we continue towards the Sun gate (2,730mts / 9,007ft). Following the old remote path, we cling to our first spectacular view of Machu Picchu in all its brilliance and majestic monumentality. As we approach the Machu Picchu Citadel, you will feel the reasoning of its energetic vibration. Then we take our bus to Aguas Calientes, where we spend the night in our hotel.

DAY 4: AGUAS CALIENTES – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO
We take a bus to Machu Picchu archeological site. Next your guide will expertly direct you through the energetic ruins and its diverse main streets. Then you can feel the town squares of the world’s spiritual center of esoteric wisdom, as well as climb the intricately carved stairways made of stone. Or you can stay still and find the peace within as you sit in the pure delight of the moment finally we take our bus back to Cusco.
